Packed with features to keep the ride fun even when things get technical, the T-140 RS is kitted out with a 6061-aluminium SCR frameset to keep the bike stiff yet lightweight and durable, and by combining 140mm front travel with 135mm travel at the rear, this trail bike delivers an optimal blend of impressive control and confident stability in the rough that doesn’t compromise on your speed and agility.
Adjust the geometry with Whyte’s switchable Shape.It link – giving you the ability to customise the geometry from its default high setting to a lower, more slackened headtube angle by 0.7º and reduce the bottom bracket height by up to 8mm so you’ve got a more aggressive, gravity-focused geometry profile. Accompanying this, the 29er wheels are smooth and fast-rolling over rugged terrain and the RaceFace tubeless rims and chunky Maxxis tyres will flow easily over roots, rocks and through rock gardens. Plus, if you want to blend your bike between a stable, fast-rolling ride and something that’s more nimble and flickable, the T-140 RS can be converted to a mixed wheel set up with 29” wheels in the front and 27.5” to the rear.
