Expertly equipped with an Alpine Fit geared towards providing the best mobility with articulated and pre-shaped sleeves and offering enough room for a technical layering system without there being excess fabric, the Manaslu is also built with underarm pit zips for increasing air flow and ventilation.
Utilising a 3-layer GORE-TEX® Pro membrane with a sturdy 80D outer shell, the Manaslu is incredibly durable, windproof and waterproof – all whilst remaining breathable enough to keep your temperature comfortably regulated. The 2-way YKK® AquaGuard® centre front zip helps keep out the elements and offers easy ventilation, whilst the two large hand pockets are strategically positioned on the jacket so as not to be hindered by the presence of a hip belt or harness. The Mountain HC Hood is designed to fit over your helmet with a laminated and wired visor that helps maintain vision even during high winds. - That said, most people find this ‘true to size’ no matter when or with what they use it, but if you are of slight build and intend to wear only thin layers underneath it then you may need to consider dropping down a size
