The Knog Scout is a novel and innovative product for deterring thieves and tracking your bike, in the event that it is stolen. The Scout mounts to bottle cage bolts and can even have a bottle cage mounted over the top of it for discreteness. If you would prefer a more visible deterrent then a high vis cover can be added on top. Prime the alarm manually or use the iOS app when leaving your bike unattended. If the bike is disturbed without the alarm being disarmed it will emit a loud beep alerting you to the movement. The alarm can also be disarmed manually or with the app. If your bike is stolen then it can be tracked using "Apple Find My".
The Scout has a battery life of up to six months, is USB C rechargeable and is IP66 waterproof. With a lightweight design and long battery life, you can forget it's there when not needed but it will let you know when there's trouble.
